What I collect

If you fill in the enquiry form, I collect what you put in it: your name, business, what you're after, an optional budget range, your message, and how to reach you. Alongside that, the form records the date and time you sent it and your browser type (the "user agent") — standard technical details that help me spot spam.

Where it lives, and what I do with it

Your enquiry is stored securely in my database — Google Cloud Firestore, hosted in London, UK — and a copy is emailed to me (via Gmail) so I can reply. That's it. I use it to respond to you and, if we work together, to deliver the work. Only I can access the stored enquiries.

The website itself

Pages are served by Firebase Hosting (Google's content network), which — like any web server — processes your IP address to deliver the page. Fonts load from Google Fonts. There are no analytics, no tracking pixels, and I don't set cookies.

What I don't do

I don't sell your details, share them with advertisers, or add you to any mailing list. No funny business.

How long I keep it, and your rights

I keep enquiries only as long as they're useful for replying and, if we end up working together, doing the work. Want yours deleted sooner? Just ask and I'll sort it. This site is run by Arran Macdonald, Manchester, UK — arran@arranmacdonald.com.
