How long does it take?

Most sites, 2–4 weeks, depending on how fast we get the content sorted.

Do I own it?

Yes. It's yours — the site, the domain, the lot.

What if I need changes later?

That's what the care plan's for, or just pay for the odd bit as you need it.

What do you build on?

Whatever's right for you. You won't need to touch the techy bits.

Do you design logos?

No — logo design isn't something I offer. What I do is build the brand around you: colours, type, voice, and a website where it all clicks. If you need a logo, I'll point you at someone good.

I'm not in Manchester. Does that matter?

Not at all. I work with people all over the UK.

What if I don't know what I need?

Totally normal. Tell me the problem; I'll tell you the fix.
